Training System
According to requirements for position ability and business development, we make comprehensive trainning plan. We invest remarkable trainning funds each year in advanced trainning of general skills, job skills, management skills. Meantime, set up training records and evaluate trainning effect, to help employees better improve themselves.
New employees will have orientation training, on-the-job trainning, rotation trainning. Outstanding employees have chance for overseas trainning.
